Cancellations & Refunds policy

We thank you for choosing Taxsavo and to give us the opportunity to serve you. We value your trust and strive to provide you with the best services at all times. Although, it is our endeavour to provide you with the best of services and within the turnaround timelines, in the rarest of circumstances it may happen that you are not satisfied with our service. The objective of this policy is to clearly lay out the circumstances under which an order can be cancelled and refund can be processed. When you purchase any service on our platform, you agree to our cancellation and refund policy. Refunds can be initiated only in following events:

● You have purchased an incorrect plan and our team has advised you to purchase another plan, the entire amount of the original plan value will be refunded subject to the condition that no service was delivered for the previous plan.

● You have purchased a plan but Taxsavo is unable to assign an expert or process your order, entire refund will be made.

● You have purchased a plan but Taxsavo is unable to assign an expert or process your order, entire refund will be made.

● Taxsavo reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfill within the legal and regulatory framework of the country, in such cases entire refund will be made.

● If Taxsavo experts are not able to fulfil your order due to unavailability of documents and/or requisite information from you, you shall not be eligible for any refund.

● You can cancel your payment or request a refund before submission of any documents and before an expert assigned has commenced working on your service order.

● The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
